Digital Animation Sequence II

I have cleaned up the bunny rowing animation to look presentable now and added an end animation of him stopping and looking back towards the island with the oars up. I also created a few more assets the beach house, jetty and the wharf part they are very simple geometry apart from the rock walls of the wharf. I think the beach house roof needs some better geometry as it looks a bit too low poly.

I'm working on texturing now and have been blocking out textures in max by assigning them to poly selections and using render to texture to create diffuse templates to work upon.
 A mistake i made was when i had planned to use the bend modifier on the staircase to give it a curve and realized my simple rectangle geometry in the mix wasn't bending at all, i need to divide it by how many stairs their are unfortunately i unwrapped this and attached the geometry together.

Ive realized during this process of creating assets how time consuming it can be. I'm really beginning to understand why games to quite awhile to be completed.
